Chelsey believes in providing a comprehensive, holistic approach that includes the client, their support systems, and an interdisciplinary team. “Mental health is just as important as physical health and seeking care should be the same. My approach includes mental health promotion, cultural and environmental considerations, lifestyle modifications and medications when necessary. My special clinical interests include anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders.”
“I appreciate the opportunity to build therapeutic relationships with clients while providing education and assessing the changes that have been made, so that the client can meet their fullest potential.”
Outside of work, Chelsey enjoys spending time with my husband and our two children, extended family, and friends. I also like camping, gardening, and enjoying summer days at the lake.
Stephanie holds a Master's degree in marriage and family therapy from Northcentral University. She enjoys working with families, adolescents over the age of 8, teens and young adults in many areas such as of anxiety, depression and trauma.

She/her/hers
Often when we enter into therapy, we feel a sense of not belonging, not being enough, and being uncomfortable with who we are.
I will greet you in sessions with radical genuineness, and I can help empower you to find comfort in being your genuine self.
I will work to build a strong therapeutic alliance, with the goal of helping you feel safe, heard, and understood.
With a person centered and eclectic approach, I will meet you where you are at and provide you a space to achieve your goals.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and am a trauma informed therapist. I am trained in EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Couples and Family Therapy, Sand Tray, and Motivational Interviewing.
I see clients from age 13 and older. Common symptoms and presenting issues I address through therapy include: trauma (acute and complex), difficulty regulating emotions, high impulsivity, shame, relational conflict, suicidal ideations and self-harm behavior, grief and loss, stage of life difficulties, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, panic, and family system conflict.
