I believe the core of effective therapy lies in a collaborative, empathetic, and non-judgmental relationship. We will work together to uncover the roots of distress, develop practical coping skills, and cultivate sustainable change that resonates with your authentic self.

In therapy, I like to use a systemic and attachment-based approach. In plain words, this means that I do my best to take care of the relationship between myself and my client. I then explore all of the things that are impacting the client (relationships, background, school/work, etc.) and how these affect mental health/actions.

While working with children, I use play therapy techniques and try to facilitate co-regulation with myself and parent(s). Having children is extremely difficult and I recognize the immense strain it puts on parents. My goal is to support the whole family system through the child's treatment.

I deeply respect the courage it takes to begin therapy. My commitment is to show up authentically for you, bringing warmth, humor, and curiosity into every session. I believe healing is a journey, and I look forward to walking alongside you as you discover your personal power and create a more fulfilling life.

Amy Sinayoko - Clinical Intern

I am a prelicensed therapist  with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and connection. I earned my undergraduate degree in Case Management and Corrections before completing my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. My educational background has given me a unique perspective on the many personal, relational, and systemic factors that influence well-being and personal growth.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Solution-Focused Therapy and Attachment Theory. I believe that clients already possess many of the strengths and resources needed to create meaningful change, and I work collaboratively to identify practical solutions while exploring patterns that may impact relationships and emotional well-being. By understanding how early experiences and relationships shape current behaviors and connections, clients can develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

I strive to meet clients where they are, recognizing that every person's journey is unique. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Whether you are facing anxiety, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, life transitions, or personal growth goals, I am committed to helping you build on your strengths and move toward the life you want.

In my free time I enjoy playing sports, being active, and spending time with my kids. I also enjoy coaching my kids in their sports.
