It is recommended that you contact your insurance provider prior to scheduling any services to ensure that you are aware of your coverage and anticipated cost -
deductibles, copays, co-insurance, etc. Below is a helpful script to use when contacting your insurance provider:
“Hello, I’m calling to clarify coverage for mental health services and confirm that (provider name) at ReGroup Counseling and Consulting is within network. Can you please let me know if I have any deductible, copay, or co-insurance costs?”
Late Cancellations / No Show Policy
Minimum fee of $50 for psychotherapy
Minimum fee of $200 for psychiatry
No Show / Late Cancel fees are unable to be billed to health insurance
Cancellation with less than 24 hour notice are considered late cancels as this limits providers ability to provide the appointment time to others that may be needing services
**Clients with certain state-sponsored plans are not subject to late cancel fees
Sliding Fee Scale
It is the policy of ReGroup Counseling and Consulting PSC to provide essential services regardless of the patient's ability to pay. Discounts are offered based on family size and annual income. Please reach out to our admin team for a sliding fee scale application to determine if you or your family members are eligible for a discount. The discount will apply to services received at this clinic. The application must be completed every 6 months or if your financial situation changes.
As a NHSC approved site, our services are available to all individuals whether self-pay, insurance, Medicare, or medical assistance is the payer. Our services will not discriminate on the basis of ability to pay, age, color, sex, gender, race, sexual orientation, gender identity, creed, religion, disability, or national origin. Prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health are the main purpose of our services. Our team of multi licensed staff are ready to assist you with services or connect you with appropriate referrals.
