Contact your insurance company!!

It is recommended that you contact your insurance provider prior to scheduling any services to ensure that you are aware of your coverage and anticipated cost -

deductibles, copays, co-insurance, etc. Below is a helpful script to use when contacting your insurance provider: 


“Hello, I’m calling to clarify coverage for mental health services and confirm that (provider name) at ReGroup Counseling and Consulting is within network. Can you please let me know if I have any deductible, copay, or co-insurance costs?”

Late Cancellations / No Show Policy

Minimum fee of $50 for psychotherapy

Minimum fee of $150 for psychiatry


No Show / Late Cancel fees are unable to be billed to health insurance

Cancellation with less than 24 hour notice are considered late cancels as this limits providers ability to provide the appointment time to others that may be needing services


**Clients with certain state-sponsored plans are not subject to late cancel fees

Employee Assistance Plans (EAP)

If you are using Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services, please inform us at

the time of scheduling. Additional information we will need before starting services

with: the quantity of sessions you are allotted, which EAP service provider is being

used, the authorization number provided for EAP, paperwork for EAP services for

provider to complete and submit, and the date range approved for your EAP

sessions. Please understand that if we are not provided with this information prior

to your first appointment, we are unable to resubmit your sessions as EAP.
