Rachel earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Wisconsin–Stout in 2022. She approaches therapy through an integrative lens, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, psychodynamic principles, relational therapy, and holistic practices. Rather than relying on a single approach, Rachel thoughtfully blends these modalities to create a personalized therapeutic experience that meets each client's unique needs, goals, and symptoms.
In June 2025, Rachel became a Certified Sex Therapist (CST). Her specialized training in relationship dynamics, sexuality, consent and boundary-based communication, and identity exploration allows her to provide compassionate, affirming support for individuals and couples navigating a wide range of concerns.
Rachel works with clients ages 9 and older, with no upper age limit. She supports individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, emotional dysregulation and anger, relationship and family conflict, life transitions, identity exploration, and challenges related to sexuality. She is passionate about serving LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities
while recognizing the importance of intersectionality and culturally responsive care.
Rachel provides therapy exclusively through telehealth, offering clients the flexibility and comfort of meeting from their own space. She often incorporates personalized, symptom-focused homework between sessions to help clients apply what they are learning in therapy to their everyday lives. Above all, Rachel is committed to creating a
therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, respected, validated, and genuinely supported.
Outside of the therapy room, Rachel enjoys raising her young daughter with her husband. In her free time, you'll likely find her watching horror movies, going to the gym, hiking, taking countless photos of the people and places she loves, or embracing her fun, goofy personality—which you'll get to experience during our sessions together.
