We are excited to add to our Elk River MN location. 

We are a group of mental health professionals providing therapy through healing centered engagement and skill building for individuals, couples, and the whole family. Our offices are in Elk River and Albany, MN We provide services in Albany area schools, ISD 728 and for Crosslake Community Schools. 

We serve children ages birth and up, adolescents, adults, couples and families. We are in-network with most major insurance companies. ReGroup Counseling is a collaborative group that values providers’ input and supports each provider in their independent practice and of course, have fun!

We are seeking a pre-licensed or fully licensed Mental Health Professionals (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT or LP). This position would involve conducting diagnostic intakes and providing outpatient psychotherapy, developing comprehensive treatment plans, coordinating client care with other providers, and completing required documentation. Specifically, we are seeking a provider that works well independently and wants to be part of a great team.

Hours would be part-time (15) to full-time(25+). All office supplies are provided for both in office and in schools. We offer an office space, billing, marketing, and care coordator to assist with all intake paperwork and scheduling.

Along with unconditional support and a great team environment, We provided paid supervision for MN MFT, LPCC, and LGSW and Play TherapyOur sites are also NHSC sites so you are eligible to apply for student loan forgiveness.  

We meet for bi-weely consultation as well as gather as a group for team building and celebrations!

Looking to add to our Elk River locations with the possibility of adding school based services. Must want to work with children as well as other populations.

Desired Qualifications

• You want to be part of a dynamic and supportive team
• You have are are working towards state of MN licensure of LPCC, LICSW, LMFT or LP 
• You have previous experience in providing psychotherapy or maybe you are just starting out and need support
• Strong knowledge of attachment theory and desire to work with children
• Training in trauma based therapeutic interventions
• Ability to work within an insurance-based billing system.
• Conducting diagnostic assessments in-person and/or via telehealth
• Providing ongoing individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in-person and/or via teletherapy.
• Ability to provide culturally responsive services.
• Must possess creative and collaborative clinical skills.
• Must be able to sustain attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be flexible, reliable and able to meet paperwork deadlines.
• Must possess great organizational skills.
• Experience working in trauma-informed settings preferred
