We are a group of mental health professionals providing therapy through healing centered engagement and skill building for individuals, couples, and the whole family. Our offices are in Elk River, Little Falls, and Albany, MN. We serve children ages 3 and up, adolescents, adults, couples and families. We are in-network with most major insurance companies. ReGroup Counseling is a collaborative group that values providers’ input and supports each provider in their independent practice.

We are seeking a pre-licensed or fully licensed Mental Health Professionals (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT or LP). This position would involve conducting diagnostic intakes and providing outpatient psychotherapy, developing comprehensive treatment plans, coordinating client care with other providers, and completing required documentation. Specifically, we are seeking a provider that works well independently and wants to be part of a great team.

Hours would be part-time (15) to full-time(26+). Office supplies are provided including printer, fax, and paper supplies. We offer an office space, waiting room, and kitchenette in addition to a competitive fee split which includes EHR, billing, clinic marketing and advertising, and MN Care tax. Along with unconditional support and a great team environment,  MN MFT supervision is provided. Our sites are also NHSC sites.  We meet for weekly consultation as well.

Looking to add to our Little Falls, Albany, and Elk River Locations.

Desired Qualifications

• State of MN licensure of LPCC, LICSW, LMFT or LP (pre-licensed applicants are also encouraged to apply)
• Previous experience in providing psychotherapy in an outpatient, day treatment or inpatient setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of attachment theory preferred
• Significant experience and training in working with couples and children 0-12.
• Training in trauma based therapeutic interventions
• Ability to work within an insurance-based billing system.
• Conducting diagnostic assessments in-person and/or via telehealth
• Providing ongoing individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in-person and/or via teletherapy.
• Ability to provide culturally responsive services.
• Must possess creative and collaborative clinical skills.
• Must be able to sustain attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be flexible, reliable and able to meet paperwork deadlines.
• Must possess great organizational skills.
• Experience working in trauma-informed settings preferred
